How do you process images? What images?

Toki automatically extracts text from images, converts it into structured events, and adds them directly to your calendar. Supported images include screenshots, posters, itineraries, and chat messages that contain time or scheduling information.

Can you send voice/audio messages to me?

Yes! But only in Toki 2.0, supporting voice replies. Toki can respond to you in spoken voice, in addition to text.

How to check if an event has been successfully created in Toki?

To verify if your event has been successfully created, you can simply ask Toki, "What's on [date of your event]?" Alternatively, you can access your Toki calendar directly to view your events.

What do you mean by "event"?

"Event" refers to a schedule or an arrangement you made for a certain timeslot. It could be a meeting, a lesson, or a basketball match you are going to play.

What does a "calendar" mean?

In "Apple Calendar", "calendar" means the calendar application. Inside a calendar app, "calendar" means a collection of events. If your Apple calendar subscribes to Toki "calendar", it means that Toki calendar is only one calendar of your Apple calendar.

What is a Seed?

A Seed is a flexible plan — something you intend to do but haven't pinned to a specific time yet. If you tell Toki to find some time to grab coffee, Toki will create a Seed to hold that intention.

Can I tick off the events when I finished them?

Yes, but only on Toki App, not available on Telegram. You can react to the event by long pressing the reaction button on the event.

How can I see my calendar? / Can I have a view of my calendar?

On Toki app, simply swipe right to view the full calendar. Alternatively, you can ask Toki about your schedule for today or this week.

What are Event Reactions?

Event Reactions let you respond to calendar events with emoji-style reactions directly inside Toki.
Rather than sending a separate message, you can express excitement, confirmation, done status or uncertainty about an event with a quick tap.

You can click to view your events in the calendar view, zooming-in and zooming-out for more details.
